Connecting Unicommerce (OMS)
Consolidate multi-channel sales through Unicommerce: API user setup, IP whitelisting, and how syncing works.
If you sell across marketplaces (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, AJIO) and use Unicommerce as your order management system, connect it so Honey Shelf sees your full multi-channel sales — not just Shopify. Only org admins can connect integrations.
Before you connect: ask Unicommerce support for
- An API user on your Unicommerce tenant (a username and password dedicated to API access, with permission to read sale orders).
- IP whitelisting for Honey Shelf's two static addresses: 54.195.3.54 and 54.217.142.99. All Honey Shelf traffic to Unicommerce comes from these IPs only.
Connect
- Go to Settings → Integrations → OMS.
- Enter your tenant URL (yourcompany.unicommerce.com), the API username, and its password.
- Honey Shelf validates the credentials with a live call before saving anything. The password is stored encrypted and is never shown again.
What happens after connecting
- A 120-day sales backfill starts in the background. It runs in slices and can take a while for large order volumes; sales appear progressively.
- Every day, Honey Shelf syncs YESTERDAY's orders (in your organisation's timezone). Today's sales appear tomorrow — that is expected, not a fault.
- A sale counts when the order is placed; order- and item-level cancellations are excluded.
Sales-source precedence: with an active OMS connection, the OMS becomes the ONLY source of sales data — it already includes your Shopify orders, so counting both would double-count. Shopify stays connected for pushing inventory to your store.
SKU matching
OMS line items are matched to your Honey Shelf catalogue automatically by SKU (case- and whitespace-insensitive). Per-size SKUs roll up to the parent product where the SKU scheme supports it. If your sync summary reports unmatched SKUs, contact support — matching can usually be extended to your scheme.
Troubleshooting
- Connect fails with invalid credentials: the API user or password is wrong, or the user was disabled. Re-check with Unicommerce support.
- Connect fails as unreachable: usually the IP whitelist — confirm 54.195.3.54 and 54.217.142.99 are whitelisted on your tenant, and that the API user has sale-order access.
- Sales look low for older dates: the 120-day backfill may still be running; check again later.
