Team, roles, and approvals
Inviting teammates, what each role can do, and how PO approval limits and escalation work.
Inviting teammates
Org admins invite teammates from Settings → Team: enter an email, pick a role, and Honey Shelf sends an invite link. The invitee sets a password (or continues with Google) and lands in your organisation with the assigned role. Only admins can invite, remove, or change roles — and the last admin can never be demoted.

PO approval limits and escalation
Each role has a maximum purchase-order value it can approve. Defaults: QC manager ₹25,000 (USD orgs: $300), production lead ₹50,000 ($600), admin unlimited. Admins can change these in Settings → Approvals. A PO above the creator's limit is not blocked — it moves to "pending approval" and the org admin is notified to approve it.
