Your data: export and deletion

Download your personal data

Settings → Security → download your personal data. The JSON contains your profile (name, email), your organisation memberships and roles, your notification preferences and notifications, and audit entries recording your own actions. Business data — products, orders, inventory — is exported separately from Reports.

Deleting your account

Deletion is anonymise-plus-retain, in plain words: your sign-in is removed immediately and permanently, your personal identifiers are removed, and your notification preferences are deleted. Business records you touched — purchase orders, receipts, audit entries — are retained for the organisation's books, but no longer identify you. This satisfies the right to erasure under India's DPDPA and the CCPA without corrupting your team's operational history.

The last admin of an organisation cannot delete their account while other members remain — promote another admin first. A sole member deleting their account closes the organisation, and its data is purged after the retention window.
