1. Service

Honey Shelf is a manufacturing intelligence SaaS platform for apparel manufacturers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions

Honey Shelf is sold on monthly and annual subscription plans. Trial accounts have full access for 30 days. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.

3. Data

You own all data you enter into Honey Shelf. We process it solely to provide the service. On account cancellation, your data is available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use Honey Shelf to process data for industries or activities that are illegal in India or the United States.

5. Limitation of liability

Honey Shelf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
