1. What we collect

We collect your name, email address, and business information you provide during signup. We also collect operational data about your manufacturing pipeline (products, orders, inventory) that you enter into Honey Shelf.

2. How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the Honey Shelf manufacturing intelligence service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Sub-processors

We use the following services to operate Honey Shelf: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay/Paddle (billing), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI Copilot), Upstash (caching), Sentry (error tracking).

4. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data at any time from Settings → Security → Export My Data. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data from Settings → Security → Delete Account. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

5. Shopify data

Honey Shelf pulls aggregate sales data (units sold per product per day) from your Shopify store to calculate production velocity. We do not store individual customer names, addresses, or payment information from Shopify.

6. AI / Copilot

Honey Shelf Copilot sends anonymised operational data (inventory levels, order counts, supplier names) to the Anthropic Claude API to generate responses. Personal contact information (supplier phone numbers, email addresses) is stripped before sending.

7. DPDPA (India) and CCPA (California)

Indian users have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. California users have rights under CCPA. To exercise any privacy right, email privacy@honeyshelf.ai.
